Dance Into the New Year!

Dec 29, 2017 08:14PM

Here we are again fresh into a new year! While thinking of possible ways to move through the coming months, there’s one approach that comes to the forefront and that is dancing (stay with us here). We can struggle, grin and bear it, try to make do, endure, or we can deftly dance our way through the highs and lows of life. If we can keep our heart, mind and spirit in tune with our own delightful melody, we will be able to move through the challenges that occur in day-to-day living with ease, grace, presence and joy because we will not be attaching to the mundane but will be in sync with something greater.

For this reason, we suggest you slip on your dancing shoes and grab the new year by the hand. This is your new dance partner and you are in charge of the music and the choreography. Be prepared to experience joy and harmony, as well as an increase in strength, flexibility and coordination, over the coming months as you execute the wide range of movements the dance will require.

This month’s edition is filled with enlightening information to start off your year. There are articles about practical ways to reduce stress, nutraceuticals that can be used to provide health benefits, and walking your way to fitness. There’s also a feature on making healthy food choices for kids, as well as a how-to article on keeping Fido healthy. Please enjoy this issue and share it with friends.

As always, we love hearing from you. Give us a call or send us a note. And begin the dance!

In gratitude,
